Ruby-red wine; intense and distinctive perfume, tending to the ethereal with aging; dry, with proper aging becomes more harmonious, pleasant, full flavour.

Ruby-red wine; vinous and distinctive perfume; dry flavour, sometimes lively.
Albugnano Superiore DOC A minimum of 85% Nebbiolo grapes; a maximum of 15% Freisa, Barbera and Bonarda. Ruby-red wine sometimes with garnet tinge, delicate, characteristic perfume; ethereal flavour, more or less tannic, good persistence.

Cisterna d’Asti Superiore DOC A minimum of 80% Croatina grapes; a maximum of 20% other red grapes. Colour from ruby red to garnet-red with aging; intense, delicate and distinctive perfume; dry, delicate and harmonious flavour.

Freisa d’Asti Superiore e Freisa d’Asti DOC Freisa grapes. Cherry or garnet red wine; characteristic perfume of raspberries or roses; fresh and pleasant flavour.

Grignolino grapes; a maximum of 10% Freisa grapes. Pale ruby-red wine; strong and fruity perfume with raspberry marks, dry flavour with raspberry marks and a pleasant slightly bitter aftertaste.  
 
Malvasia di Casorzo DOC Malvasia di Casorzo grapes; a maximum of 10% Freisa, Grignolino, Barbera grapes. Cherry-red wine with a fragrant perfume of flowers and a sweet, aromatic flavour with an excellent perlage.  
Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco DOC Malvasia di Schierano grapes; a maximum of 15% Freisa grapes. Cherry-red wine; fragrant perfume of flowers; sweet, slightly aromatic and distinctive flavour.
